KZbinrs like you who got for 99 rupees ticket give good review for this kind of horrible operators. Based on your videos I booked and had a very bad experience with flix bus from Delhi to Manali. I went with my family of 2 kids to their lounge at isbt Kashmere gate. They asked us to move quickly to where the bus will come. We all had to cross a busy road to reach the bus from lounge. The flix bus coordinator left us on the other side of busy road and took other passengers. We were left clueless after this. We asked other localities and came to know where the bus would come. Then the bus came one hour late. The customer care is not reachable. Please stop promoting this bus service.

Hello Santosh humnai jo bus li thi vo RK ashram lounge sai li thi vo lounge just road sai touch pai hai I know kashmiri gate wala lounge thoda duur hai kids kai sath aisai mai problem hoti hai but thanks for giving us your honest review ❤️👍
