My recommendation would be board the bus from kashmiri gate ISBT only which is around 21 kms from the airport and there 2 nd stop is Majnu ka teela which is around 25 kms from the airport but ISBT is the best option for you

If you are travelling alone then there is no need of package you can book on own and if you do budget trip then google gostel which is a good concept kind of bachelors stay there mostly foreigners and its a kind of dormitory and from there you can hire a bike and roam around

Scania is very much comfortable koi dikkat nahe hoti but washroom nahe thaa bus me 🙏 baake jyaada khaan mat khaana kyuki bus pahar me almost 6 ghante chalti hai to agar aap jyaada bus journey start karoge to vomit hone ke chances hai
