It's a complete waste of time and energy if you end up wasting so much time in charging the battery of the bus. It's not at all recommended to travel so far distance by battery bus. The Neugo bus management must rethink about the operation of the bus on this route.

Stopping the electric buses on such routes is not the solution as this is the future. There can be solutions around this. One could be a little large capacity of battery, second could be enhancements in terms of reducing the charging time, etc. But i trust with them, such things will fall in place

Of course as a commuter no one can be be happy if he gets into such situation. Hopefully these are teething problems when some new concept is adopted. Sincere thanks to all the passengers for opting for electric bus. When more and more people will travel in non polluting buses, benefits achieved will be much greater as compared to discomfort faced by passengers now. Again requesting all to go for electric vehicles.

You are right. However, i have an idea to reduce charging time. I see why this idea can't be done. If not why. The batteries should be in a frame boxed. When the bus arrives at a charging station, toilet and refeshment stop half hour. Slide out the battery frame from the bus. A forklift is required to lift out the boxed battery frame for recharge, and reload with charged batteries. Slide back into bus. Lock frame in position and replug batteries to bus.The batteries and forklift belong to the bus company. I estamate time to swap batteries about 15 minutes.The batteries will be charged for the return trip.Can't see why it cannot be done and approved.

I have a solution to recharging batteries when bus needs to recharge. The battrries need to be in a boxed frame so they can slide out from the bus at the charging staion, toilet and refreshment stop. A forklife is required to lift out frame and replace with charged batteries. Slide batteries back to bus compartment. Lock down frame and replug to bus. Stop and swap. 15 minutes done. The batteries and forklift belongs to the bus company. Baterries are charged for the return trip. Change over to be complied and certified.This can be done👍. If not why not🤔.

Two hours waiting is very irritating for charging of bus on the cost of Rs.570/- per person. It's not be successful or going for long time. No one could tried it next time. Form Dehli to Shimla, it should be in two parts. 1. From Dehli to Ambala Cantt by the first Bus fully charged. 2. From Ambala Cantt to Shimla by second Bus again full charged. Than it would be successful.

I would suggest not to prioritize #nuego for travelling because I had to experience a lot of discomfort during my journey from Chandigarh to Delhi. The whole night water from the ac vent kept on dripping over my head. They not even tried to change my seat. Took so casually. They don't care for their customers.

I am giving -1000 rating. Actually they don't even deserve a rating. They are nothing less than garbage.This is regarding my travel from Shimla to Delhi, dated 23 June, 2024 at 1pm. First of all the bus was dirty, we were not provided water until first stopage, no polybags for puke, no blankets provided in the entire trip. The bus was driven by some friend of the driver, who's bad driving almost got all of us killed. They stopped the bus multiple times like local bus and gave seats to unreserved passengers standing on the road. The driver and the unknown person who drove the bus, put all of us in danger. His driving was so bad that we Missed a hit with a truck. He was unnecessarily driving too fast and overtaking every now and then. I complaint about it and I asked him to slow down but the driver made fun of me and started using bad language. It was a pathetic experience and a big mistake to travel in neu bus. Please don't ever travel in neu bus. I am going to put this on social media also. I do have the video also of his bad driving. I will not spare these guys until they either stop playing with others lives or shut down their business completely. They don't deserve to be in this business. On top of that, there is no quick or emergency assistance available in case of emergency or complaint. They just Have a centralised number which never works. I know some people still might want to give them a chance only by looking at the good photos and postive reviews, if at all there are any. But trust me, the postive reviews are paid reviews. Please travel only if you don't love your life.

Hqd booked 1 seat from Delhi to Shimla. These guys CANCEL their buses at the very last moment and leave u stanranded and ull have no options. Don't ever trust Nuego, rather go for regular / established transport. Very poor experience for the very first and last time. Will never ever book again. Not at all recommended 👎
