Btw yeah I wanted to tell that the whole Jalandhar-Panipat stretch was passed 6 lane and Ludhiana-Jalandhar 6 lane was also constructed at the same time when Panipat-Ludhiana was upgraded to 6 lane. Now, Nitin Gadkari is renovating the Panipat-Jalandhar-Amritsar stretch once again to recover the dividers, streetlights and charcoal quality and this will be completed till January, 2024.

Other than that, after Jalandhar as you’ve mentioned the road is four lane but it’s totally a smooth drive as traffic decreases very much and this whole stretch, Ludhiana side is the most busiest in the day time then it’s Panipat to Ambala stretch.
