Only Trolley bag have 7 kg weight limit. Laptop bag has no weight limit 😅 but you don't have to overweight it as well it should be fit in bag case

You need to check with yiour college, if they have that plan. Many airline does provide this.

If you already been to canada, chances are pretty low that they will ask you any ques, I have traveled 3 times to Canada now and last 2 times, they hardly asked anyting.

Its not allowed offically brother but people do this. I cant recommend anything, though I myself travel with 2 bag but its always a risk.
