My uncle visited ladakh in the 1950. Fir se ek badriya video buna diya Anubhav. 👌 North east Indian and Ladakh culture is awesome. They're basically hard working honest, peaceful and they respect other's privacy. Aur enka authentic Pakwaan bhi bhaut healthy hoti hai.

Same plate as of kurut liquid made by your host resembles kurut but we don't put any veggies only butter milk with tarka with soaked roti called treet in Afghani and balochi culture we also put eggplant some time.

In Balochistan and Afghanistan we also dry the whey after extraction of butter from lassi or buttermilk and dry it in small balls for use in winter we kall it KURUT OR KAROOT use it in winters by grinding it after soaking in water the liquid is poured in onion tarka and small peices of roti are soaked in this mixture veri delicious dish is ready and pure desi ghee is poured on it enjoyed with sirke wale piyaz and salad. Good to hear that. I can see lots of similarities between Ladakh and Central Asia including Afghanistan. I’m from Ladakh and I think on top of this we are related genetically as well. Hazaras and some central Asians looks very similar to Ladakhis. Thanks once again for your information,sir.

I ve noticed one thing.. in our culture only, I mean the Gujarat, Punjab, South India etc, only females work in the kitchen or manage the household... everywhere else like north east in India or any other country, males contribute to the same level.. so overwhelmed to see that.
