The beauty of Bihar is that people from different parts of the country have made it their home and enriched it . Take for example the man from U.P selling chaat in Gaya, this Sardarjee selling pakoda in a faraway Darbhanga or the influence of Tibetan food in Bodhgaya. These things may be quite familiar in metros and in big cities. But in faraway Bihar this assimilation of cultures is something to be believed. This is the true spirit of India.

The most unforgettable experience was their "atithi sewa" whether it is in home or to street side food vendor or in restaurants.
