Alert::: Never placed your domestic/international shipment via Delhivery. One of the worst service, my parents sent me some consumable items from my hometown. So i paid extra money for fast express delivery ( supposedto deliver in max.3-4 days). But its been 12 days now and status shows delayed only. The given number is IVR automated and no direct number to speak to agent. I bet my foods are all spoiled😢😢😢

I've ordered a phone and it's prepaid... Expected delivery date was 30th july ... today is 9th of august still the order is in transit even after 16 days..... No customer support, nothing!! all I can do is raise tickets which nobody replies.... can somebody help me out if you've faced the same situation......
