TODAY'S RECIPE IS Delicious Bread Pudding Recipe | The best bread pudding I've ever made! Simple and quick to make!
INGREDIENTS:
2 eggs
Sugar 1/3 cup
Vanilla 1 tsp
Milk 1/2 cup
Mix well
7 inch pan
Grease oil
6 Bread pieces
Soak bread pieces into milk mixture
Spread desiccated coconut
Repeat the process
Pour remaining mixture
Bake in a preheated oven at 170c for 15-20 mins
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML

You say 1/2 cup but it looks when you’re pouring it in the bread slices. It is more than 1/2 cup. Please confirm. Thanks

That's a 1 cup.... measuring cup. The eggs and sugar will be at least a 1/2 cup of liquid. Add the milk, you have 1 cup of liquid. Depending on the size of your eggs.

If you mean you don’t have an oven you would follow all the steps till you get to place in oven and fry each slice of bread on each side till slightly browned like French toast sorry if this is not what you meant
