I hope my budget can let me try this place because you sold me on the nice view and ambiance which is all I really want from the eating out experience. The Skyfall lounge at Mandalay Bay is probably the next level up from the Skybar. I don't see hamburgers on the Skyfall menu, but it is worth the trip just to have a drink and the view at night is amazing for any 007 wannabe.

That's a great view. Am I missing something. You've ordered the patty medium rare, you said it was cooked medium rare. So then why the criticism of the meat temperature? Next time order it rare.

You have to try SAMMY'S PASTRAMI on Tropicana 2 blocks west of Eastern. They have the best pastrami burger in town. They open at 3.
