Who doesn't love delicious freshly baked donuts? This recipe is very successful, you can be sure of it. It's very easy to do. You can prepare it in advance and store it in the freezer. You only need to heat it in the oven for a few minutes.
Ingredients list (I used 250 ml glass)
2.5 cups of flour (375 grams)
1 egg
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 packet of dry yeast
2 teaspoons of salt
150 grams of butter
1/4 cup of cold water (75ml)
2 tablespoons of mahaleb (optional, I did not use)
1 egg yolk and 1 teaspoon sugar for topping
