Thank you ladies! My college kid works part time at European deli and she bakes these very often but they come premade and frozen from local bakery. We tried few recipes but this one worked the best. Makes awesome sandwiches with variety of naturally cured and fermented salamis, pepperoni, hams and wonderful European cheeses for her school lunches and for when we go on family picnics, as well as for cold Canada's winters: hearty soups and sammy's

I like how you put the dough away to rise and when it was done it was in a different container

This is because we made 2 batches but just showed us making the one batch for the video. I don't live with my sister so I wanted to make extra to take home with me. We often do this with our recipes that we video.
