3 eggs
1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
125 grams of sugar
110 milliliters of milk
90 milliliters of vegetable oil
250 grams of flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
400 grams of cherries
Whisk the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar until a fluffy light mass is formed.
It is very important to beat the eggs well.
Add the milk and oil and beat for a few seconds.
To the sifted flour, add the baking powder and add to the egg-sugar mixture in small portions.
Beat everything with a mixer for a few seconds.
Pour the batter into a parchment-lined pan and spread the cherries on top. You can use canned or frozen cherries.
