Delicious Christmas shortbread cookies
Ingredients:
(for 22-23 cookies(double) )
230 grams butter
125 grams of sugar (7 tablespoons)
1medium egg
8 grams vanilla sugar or 2 ml vanilla extract
350 grams of flour
100-150 grams of fruit jam
Place the dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour or overnight
Bake for 9-10 minutes at 180°
