Ingredients:
-400ml coconut milk
-200ml coconut cream
-100g sugar
-1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-2 tablespoons lemon juice
-50g grated coconut
Mix all the ingredients together. Poor the mixture into ice-cream stick moulds. Place the moulds in the freezer for 4 to 6 hours.
