Gday Sir Dada and Sweetie. It’s Ron from Sydney. Just to let you know. I was watching your dining experience at CYMA I’ve been to that place in makati. I been to Greece twice. That flaming cheese is Saganaki. That cheese doesn’t look like Saganaki. Parang mozzarella Lang sya. Saganaki is a square cheese. Ang common dish sa Greece is Grilled Octopus, MOUSAKA or Greek Lasagna, Souvlaki & Yerros. Calamari is not Greek! Dessert nila Baklava. Garlic yogurt? Not Greek as well. Tzatziki is the best Greek dipping sauce yogurt and cucumber juice. Crab with noodles not Greek Dish as well. 😜 parang Filipino Greek style Lang Yan. Anyway I’m glad you enjoy. To me that’s not Greek Food!
