OVEN PASTA RECIPE (WITH BEŞAMEL SAUCE) FULL CONDITIONS FULL MEASURE 👌
Necessary materials

1 pack of pasta - 500 grams
2 liters of water
1 tablespoon of salt - 16 grams
For the bechamel sauce
Half a tea glass of oil - 45 ml
2 tablespoons of flour - 40 grams
4 glasses of milk - 400 ml
1 teaspoon of salt - 4 grams
1 teaspoon of black pepper
For the above
A little mayonnaise
2 teaspoons of paprika
1 pinch of parsley
150 grams of grated cheddar cheese
The cup measurement I use - 200 ml.
