I don't have time to even glance at this recipe today, but subscribed because it sounds and looks so good, and also because I recently purchased a bottle of pomegranate molasses and have pomegranate arils in the freezer -- so either way, I'm covered.

Just made this, so flavorful! The preserved lemon and pomegranate molasses was new to me to cook with. This was so delicious. I wish I had more meat, it got so tender. I also guessed on the oven temperature at 350* F/176* C. I thought my dish was too watery from the tomatoes, however mine looks similar to the final product. I’m longing for potatoes with this flavorful combination. I’m glad to have stumbled across the dish thanks to the algorithm. Thank you for posting this!

Can you tell at what temperature this dish is cooked, and what can I use insed of pomenagrate molasses, we do not have it in my country.

pomegranate molasses is an optional product and can be cooked at a temperature of 180-200 degrees Celsius👌
