Delicious Melt in Your Mouth Salmon - Can Also Use Chicken

I prepared a delicious Salmon dish...you can substitute Chicken Breast Tenderloin for the Salmon. I purchased a bottle of Lawry's "Sesame Ginger" Marinade specifically for this dish. Don't let the name of the marinade fool you...this marinade is very good. Along with the delicious marinade I used Tabitha Brown's All-Purpose Seasoning (Garlic, Pineapple, Ginger and Mango). Without a doubt, I can tell you my Salmon and Bell Peppers were well seasoned...which means tasty and flavorful! As you can see the final product was presented like a dish that can be found in a fine dining restaurant. Surprise your family and/or friends with this flavorful and tasty dish. ENJOY!!
