Delicious Mouthwatering Recipes with Bhetki Fish |ভেটকি মাছ দিয়ে সুস্বাদু রেসিপি| Flavour of Kitchen |
Locally Caught Bhetki (Barramundi) is a popular fish among Bengali people, mainly served in festivities such as marriages and other important social events. It is cooked as bhetki machher paturi, bhetki machher kalia, or coated in crumbled biscuit (similar to golden bread crumbs) and pan fried. It is very popular among people who are usually sceptical about eating fish with a lot of bones. Bhetki fillets have no bones in them. In Bengali cuisine, therefore, fried bhetki fillets are popular and considered to be of good quality. The dish is commonly called "fish fry".
Today I prepare some traditional and unique delicious mouthwatering Recipes with Bhetki fish like Bhetki fish Paturi, Bhetki fish finger, Bhetki fishhead curry, Bhetki Macher Kata Chochori at my village home kitchen in easy methods. All the recipes were really delicious and tasty and mouthwatering. You can try these recipes at your home to get unique taste in your tongue as well as to enjoy the day in the festive seasons with our loved ones. I also make a Lampshade to decorate our home and to give a wonderful look during night. You may also make this for yourself and your loved ones....
