4 Onions sliced
3 green chillies chopped
3 Tblsp Ghee/ clarified butter
500gms Mutton
1 stick Cinnamon
5 to 6 Cloves
1+1/2 Tblsp Ginger garlic paste
1 tsp Fennel/ Badisomb
1/2 tsp Turmeric pd/ Haldi
1 tsp Red chilli pd
2 Tblsp Coriander pd
1+1/2 Cups Water
3 Tomatoes chopped
4 Potatoes cut into quarters.
Fresh green coriander chopped for garnishing.
