So many options! I’m already seeing those good shredded buddies in a spicy breakfast burrito!

Who else was waiting on the grease 🔥 to start the way he was splashing that grease around?

I'm going to try this out tomorrow. Should turn out great. Another thing to try, that is a bit more involved...get some beef fat trimmings from the store, double grind it with goose breasts (1lb goose to 0.5lb fat), add your favorite seasonings (I just use salt and pepper) to the mix, and make goose burgers.

I hope it turns out great for you Jeff! I would like to try turning some goose into hamburger later this season. We’ve done it before and it was delicious

A little trick for shredding is to put breast after cooking in a bowl and take a mixer and slowly go over them .. it sounds crazy but I've been doing it for a while like that and always works awesome!

Thanks for the tip! I’ll definitely try that the next time I cook this up

Adding half a beer to the recipe helps it breakdown a little more too i find

Those look pretty dry.The one that turned out well was just a young bird. Cooking longer won't help.

Once cooked, bash the breast with a tenderising hammer...... far easier than farting about with forks👍👍👍
