Ramadan pide is one of the most delicious and softest breads that can be made for iftar during Ramadan. Although it is so delicious that I'm sure you always make it right 😍😉.
This bread is nutritious because it contains whole wheat flour.
The ingredients for two loaves of bread are:
240 grams of bread flour
60 grams of whole wheat flour
6 grams of instant dry yeast
15 grams of sugar
5 grams of salt
1.5 tablespoons of olive oil or any liquid oil
75 grams of water
