Materials:
3.5 cups butter
2 cups of oil
4 glasses of milk
2 cups granulated sugar
2 egg whites (use the yolk)
4 packs of baking powder
4 packets of vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon mahleb
1 teaspoon fennel
3 tablespoons of black cumin
Half a cup of roasted sesame seeds
2 cups semolina
1 teaspoon of salt
15 cups heaped flour
Unroasted sesame for topping
Note 👉 the cup size I used in the recipe is 200ml 👈
