I remember being a kid, my mom would heat up tortillas, melt a bit of butter and add cinnamon and sugar to it and roll it up just like that. She also did one with a bit of mayo and salt.

We went to Disney world last month and loved Epcot!! Probably our second favorite park. We love the Nemo ride!! And loved exploring the aquarium right after! Best thing!!! Miss it so much!!!

You said lefse correctly. :) We make them here in rural North Dakota around Christmas (large Scandinavian community). The ones I make look the same, though softer. Maybe because I eat them right off the grill. Traditionally around here, people add butter or margarine and sugar. Some add cinnamon as well like you had. But most 'traditionalist' just go with butter/margarine and sugar. Delicious! Makes me want to make some.
