How do food bloggers eat so much outside food so extravagantly and consistently without seeming to get sick? I mean, they look in fine health as they keep on putting out videos every now and then of them trying different dishes throughout the day. I used to be a binge eater as well eating outside meals during my frequent travels but started getting sick with so many stomach issues consistently that I had to stop. Now I eat outside food very rarely. I am afraid to try even 2-3 times a month. Not even when the situation demands.
