Venad Paal Konju Recipe:
Prawns - 250 grams
Red Chili Flakes - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - ¼ tsp
Rock Salt - ½ tsp
Black Pepper Powder - ¼ tsp
Coconut Oil - 2 tsp
For Coconut Milk Mixture:
Coconut Milk - ¼ Cup
Coconut Oil - 1 tbsp
Curry Leaves (finely chopped) - 2 tsp
Cooking Instructions:
Marinate the prawns with all the other ingredients. Set it aside for 10 minutes.
Add coconut oil and curry leaves to the coconut milk. Mix well and set aside.
In a flat pan, heat oil. Add all the prawns in a single layer. Add the green chili, ginger and garlic.
Allow them to cook for 2 minutes, then flip them.
Drizzle coconut milk a little at a time. Add more once the coconut milk has already evaporated.
Sprinkle black pepper and toss. Remove it from the heat and serve with rice!
