Best Chicken legs! Easy, juicy and tender chicken recipes
Recipe and ingredients:
0:00 - Intro
0:53 - 2 boneless chicken legs (~500g)
0:57 - ½ red onion
0:59 - 3~4 slices of ginger
1:01 - 2 cloves of garlic
1:03 - 3 tablespoons light soy sauce
1:15 - 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1:22 - 2 teaspoons sugar
1:27 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
2:08 - Marinate in fridge for 20~30 minutes
2:50 - Cook for 3 minute and flip
3:04 - Cook for another 3 minutes
3:17 - Pour in the remaining marinated sauce
3:32 - Close the lid and simmer for 3~5 minutes
4:05 - Sesame seeds (Optional)

From California, USA. I can't find while boneless chicken legs with the skin on and the skin looks delicious! May have to try it with bone in chicken thighs or drum sticks or leg quarters. This looks amazing!
