- 60g (6Tbsp) Corn starch
- 2g Salt (4 pinches)
- 20g Water (when boiling)
✤ Shrimp Filling
- 330g raw shrimp
- 9g (1.5Tbsp) Egg white
- 8g (0.6Tbsp) Chicken stock
- 20g (2Tbsp) Potato starch
- 12g (2Tbsp) Cooking oil

- 48g (3Tbsp) Ketchup
- 17g (1Tbsp) Minced garlic
- 20 g (2Tbsp) Allulose or sugar
- 18g (2Tbsp) Vinegar
- 10g (2Tbsp) Red pepper oil

- To enjoy the shrimp and potato flavor, omit the sauce.
- Store leftovers in the freezer and then use them in the air fryer.
- To make it crispier, fry it once, let it cool, and then fry it again.
