Chanel Chance Eau Tendre Eau De Parfum EDP (2019)

I had a friend who wore the original Chance edp. She sprayed 10-12 sprays and it was obnoxiously loud. I asked her once if she could smell her perfume (as it was really too much for me at that moment), and she couldn’t smell her perfume at all. With the Chance collection at least, you really have to be careful. You may think it’s disappeared, but it may be way too much for others. I sprayed on Chance Eau Fraiche once in a mall. Although I couldn’t smell it at all soon after, I got a compliment at another store.

I like it. Perfect office frag! There is beauty and tenderness in subtlety. Sometimes l just want to give myself a break from strong and super complex fragrances. It is also carefree & elegant. Easy.

I agree! I thought I was going crazy since there are so many raving reviews. This has no performance for me. It's only a bedtime body mist on my skin.

I love it. Its an everyday wearing and safe fragance. In my opinion, is a beautiful fruity floral fragace as long lastig as well on my skin. I do perceive a difference between edp vs edt: the green notes; edp is more fruity- musky- floral as edt still the same but green notes are present. Actually, my three favs stars from Chanel: No5 L'eau, Chance Tendre Eau de Parfum and Chance Eau Vive.

Chanel Eau Tender EDT smells very similar to Marc Jacobs Daisy in the opening for me. Could not smell it much after fifteen minutes.I've never smelled the EDP.

Looking beautiful in black. I really love the smell of this. When I compare them side by side the edp smells WAY more natural. I didn’t think it was strong at all. Saying that I received 4 complaints in one day. That has never happened to me. Way after I applied it. Strange 🤣

Maybe it's one of those fragrances that people can't smell on themselves but others on the other side of the room can lol. :D

I love this fragrance!!! And it does last! My daughter loves this fragrance. N she’s 7 lol. I have sprayed it on her and when she gets off school I get whiffs of the fragrance. Mind you she runs around during recess lol

So.....I know I'm late but I've been a Chanel Chance eau Fraiche girl so I decided to purchase the chanel eau tendra edt per Jeremy Fragrance and it's soooooo light or my nose is anosmic to it cause it disappears immediately after spraying......Should I even bother with the edp?

Hmm...I suppose it would depend on skin chemistry. I think it would be best to try to test it out on skin to see how it performs on you and decide from there. Hope it works out! :)

I bought my youngest daughter Chance Eau Tendre EDT back in 2014...not my favorite, but really nice and not to loud, which is her style. Overall, the new EDPs seem to be have less character (more safe) and don't perform as well as the EDTs. Thank goodness I have Coromandel and Bois Isles EDT.

Oh wow!can it be the PH? i have this and when i wear this many people in the office would go around looking for who was wearing this perfume,and it lasts all day on skin and more on clothes.im starting to wonder if they vary🙄🤔i love it!also you know how alot of people had not very good opinions about Gabrielle?how i see it is,it is good that Chanel has a few soft light fragances they cant all be potent and strong we need a variety in any line of fragrances.but again that is my opinion 😁

If you like this but don’t want to pay the high price, you seriously need to buy “Applejuice” by Zara. It cost me only around $25 for the biggest bottle! It smells IDENTICAL to Chanel eau tendre. It actually lasts longer too. I spray and spray and spray all over without the guilt from the price tag. I found out about Zara Applejuice from another perfume influencer. So….. yeah, get it. You won’t be disappointed. I purchased the 3.4 oz bottle of eau tendre EDP, it cost me $150 and like she said within 10 minutes I can’t even smell it on me. So disappointing.

Thanks for the review! The original Chance eau tendre is my favourite Chanel and pretty strong on me. Have got a full large bottle so wont go after this soon but still curious if its stonger than the original...

I just got this. Was so afraid it was another fake one in the line of fake perfumes I have experienced of late, but Chance eau Tendre IS so light and fleeting, so this illusive one is the real deal. I actually love this scent for its grapefruity powderyness, but I have to respray after just two hours to be able to smell it. I don't think I will repurchase simply because my experience with the lasting power is so bad.

I guess I don’t own enough perfumes, but for me it has longevity and it’s a very pleasant smell and I like wearing it after I shower and sometimes before going to bed. It’s not overpowering, but it’s a feminine and elegant smell...that’s how I smell it from my perspective...I wonder how people smell me though lol

I just bought this fragrance and have worn it a few times and I will say that I’m not impressed. The longevity is not there at all. The bottle is beautiful and upon initial spray it is great but thats about it. Im super happy i bought the smallest bottle

I concur. To me, it is basically the same as the edt. Weak in projection and average longevity. I'd buy the edt over the edp any day. I have NO idea the rationale for releasing it. Chanel has nose dived since Gabrielle. Sigh...

You look very cute in this video! Ok so when I heard this was coming out I was excited and thought it was a no brainer, I will buy it as soon as I run out of my edt, but, alas, not sooner. It took me a long time to get my nose on it but when I finally did it was very disappointing and I definitely prefer the edt, which is more fruity, more joyful. Glad I’m not crazy. They also had no samples on two visits to Dillard’s so I can’t compare to my Edt at home. Hm.
