no it's not toxic when eaten in moderation. Heating honey produces a certain chemical that can be toxic when eaten in very large quantities. That same chemical produced in heated honey is found in many processed sugary foods like cereals and baked breads, cakes etc, and we all eat it every day. That's why eating them in moderation is ok. And cooking whole foods at home is good.
