Except it's a fake quote, he has never said that. Yet so many different images of this exist. Why does the name of someone famous have to be attributed for it to be somehow more believable and impactful?! While overall the quote is often used shallowly, here in the video it was used in a clever and transformative way, I don't have anything against it or the beautiful art, just to be clear.

Only if they let that stop them. You can be afraid to make mistakes, so long as that doesn’t hold you back from doing anything. I was terrified to start figure skating 5 years ago because I was afraid to make mistakes, I did it anyway and I allowed myself to fall over and over again even though it scared me. I still do it to this day. Being afraid of failure and letting that fear stop you are 2 different things and that difference matters imo

My primary school teacher said this to us one time because she spelt dilapidated wrong and lots of ppl (not me) shouted “ miss ur so dumb” then she told us “ let’s say I count up in 2’s *she wrote 2,4,6,8,10,12,14,16,18,19 on purpose wrong * if I get 1 thing wrong you shout but if you get 1 thing wrong we will teach u what is correct” (When she says this she means if she got something wrong we shouted at her however when we get stuff wrong she helps us learn from mistakes, she taught us all that mistakes are ok and they actually help us in so many ways) Thank u teacher

It totally failed though because only one kid noticed and it was the unpopular loud one, so no one listened to him. 😂 Felt bad for the kid after, we all thought he was crazy.
