this might not be the appropriate place for this comment, but i wanted to tell you that i just finished reading “Bathing & the Single Girl” and it’s the one and only thing that has made me laugh, smile and feel less like a “loser” in years. when i was ten, i was madly in love with JP and kind of hated you. you had him AND chucky, my two crushes! but, after suffering the last few decades from addiction and depression, i found reading your book incredibly healing. i wanted to say “thank you” and that i pray there is a sequel, because i didn’t want it to end. now clean for many years (but still in the throes of major depression), i am off to try to reinvent myself. thanks for the hope, and #longlivedevonevans!
