I can't tell the difference between what is reality and what is in my head. *Repeated whispers of last line" I always hear voices in my head telling me how horrible I am. "Always confusing the thoughts in my head." I stop in the middle of one thought and go to another. "So I can't trust my self anymore." I can't trust myself to do anything because I don't know what's real and what isn't. "So go and scream, scream at me I'm so far away." No matter how hard any tries, they can't stop my hallucinations. Sometimes they make it worse.
