This video breaks my heart because I have heard my Beloved's voice. Many years ago he spoke to me saying, "Why do you doubt me?" It was as clear and loud as someone standing right next to me. My wife did not hear the voice, only me. It broke my heart and I wept like a little child. His words still haunt me to this day. Watching this video really cuts like a knife and opens the wound left by my Beloved's question...

At 28 years old my life brought me to my knees and forced me to call out to god in desperation, I couldn’t stop chasing unreachable pleasures... it was like there was an itch inside of me and I used the world/sin to scratch the itch and at first it worked, I was getting pleasure out of the scratch but the more I kept using the scratch for pleasure A WOUND APPEARED and the things that gave me pleasure now brought me PAIN... there was nothing I could do, I was hopeless... so I cried out to god and everything changed... I am no longer a drug addict and am no longer an alcoholic, the desire is just gone... my heart is changed and BETTER THAN ALL THAT... you know what’s better than a miracle?! The one who performs it!! The fact that I have a saviour!! I want to be with the one who loves me ... I want the father who watches his child from the sidelines smiling “that’s my son”
