I was not saved when this concert went out! I was in the darkness and in a terrible state. However, God was bringing the walls down in my life. Then I was saved in November 2009 when I cried out to the Lord and he heard me. Then I joined my local Church, and have been going to the big Church day out ever since. Praise God!

One of the best bands to play live in front of people. Gifted, talented, anointed, and always talking about the Lord and the Gospel, and testifying of the grace of God. Remarkable band. Saw them four times here in Canada in the late 1990's and early 2000's.

Deleriou5 was the most cutting edge christian group of the 90's and early 200's. Martin Smith is a man of strong convictions and it shows through in his lyrics. I love his new stuff! its so good!

These guys were at the cutting edge of the contemporary Christian music scene and nearly broke through into mainstream. They were certainly more than good enough to. Their music has stood the test of time.

Problem was their attempts at going mainstream were nowhere near as good as what came before and after. I've been through their studio album discography recently. King of Fools was fantastic, World Service - good, and Mission Bell and Kingdom of Comfort are alongside Good Monsters by Jars of Clay as the best Christian rock albums of the 2000s. Mezzamorphis had instantly dated production and a much less consistent batch of songs. Audio Lessonover? was an absolute mess.

Flashback: about 2001, I'm at live concert at "The Abiding Place" in San Diego. Just a big, indoor auditorium with a smooth concrete floor, a five foot stage and no chairs. This location was on what was a Naval Boot Camp and "A - School". I paid for my $20 ticket at the door and met some friends from my Vineyard Church home group where I helped with worship. I went up to the stage where a bass player in Army boots and a kilt was tuning up.I was a decade older than the average attendee, but didn't feel out of place at all. I past a demo tape of my music to the band just before they went on. I was just happy they accepted my submission and the result didn't matter. This was a family affair. In mid-concert, I found the presence of God in my heart as bowed my knees on the concrete floor with up-stretched hands. While all around, the teens were doing the pogo in the mosh pit (boing-boing) and shouting exuberant praises, I was at perfect peace in a crowded room of mostly strangers. It's been so long since I felt that elusive peace and wild freedom in worship, but the music takes me back. Thanks, Dilirious. Praise Jesus!
