Eleanor is an 86-year-old lady who was admitted to hospital with severe back pain.
She was treated with strong analgesia and her admission was complicated by a urinary tract infection.
She also moved hospitals and beds during her stay.
Early in her admission, it became clear that Eleanor was experiencing Delerium.
This is Eleanor's Story.
