Yes, she is, I love Garcelle. She is so real, so genuine and absolutely Gorgeous.. As a Haitian woman, I found that most who, probably migrated to the USA very young or were born here tend to shy away from admitting they are Haitian if they can pass for American. I never ever forgot my roots are in Haiti. I love that Garcelle embraces her roots as well. She uses her stardom to give needed prop to the Haitian people when the opportunity presents itself. Our country may be in turmoil, but for the most part our people are lovely, hardworking, intelligent and so so beautiful.
