From the looks of it, he may like something he can feel like he's still himself before the fame in. I have a very successful rich uncle that can afford something exotic, but he's a diehard GM man. He couldn't stand his wife's BMW's. He'd refer to them as junk. He's got Ferrari or Lambo cash flow, but is content with his Holden SS's (Chevrolet) and his Denali pickup. You wouldn't be able to figure that he's actually a rich businessman while sitting next to him at the light. His wife's new Tesla has made him order a Rivian though. He saw how fast that Tesla accelerated, then set his mind on that soon to be in production Rivian pickup. Some rich people are rather modest about their earnings. Even with some of his clients being actors and athletes, he'll still take public transportation more often than he'll drive to his offices.

Your unk sounds like my kinda guy. I always said if I ever struck it rich I would not buy a single foriegn or exotic car. I'd have 5 though. A 1995 GMC Yukon GT 2 door suv, a Chevy Comero just like this one, a Dodge Ram 1500 Larime Crew Cab, a Pontiac Trans Am (mid to Late 80s model) and a Buick Grand National. @@Sam-qu7jx I actually work for my uncle. I had a good laugh when one of his long time clients walked into the office for his appointment a few years ago. The clients occasion come in to make insurance payments, or for financial services my uncle can also provide. The man had asked me where was my uncle's Bentley parked, then I pointed to the 2009 Pontiac GXP that was parked directly in front of the building. My uncle will keep a few very well kept GM vehicles at a time, but nothing over the top that he can afford. My uncle has qualifications for other occupations that he doesn't even use to his advantage. His PhD, and Bar Association membership are just accomplishments to him. He doesn't refer to himself as Dr. ---- at all. He's been fortunate enough to spend time In Beverly Hills, plus mingle with the rich/wealthy and famous on occasion. He'd be fresh back from traveling abroad, and continue his busy schedule just like those that may have to go hard for their check on a "regular" job. I think he's been such an overachiever for his entire life, he just can't slow down. He was a guest on GMA many years ago. He'd rather invest in houses, brownstones and a building than a very flashy car. If I owned as much land as his house sits on, I'd have a guest house and a nice sized pool. He always says that he doesn't need much more than he has to be happy with life.

The only thing I ever really cared about in my car was the stereo system. You get a lot more enjoyment out of a car if you got a nice system. They've always been two 12 w/1,000w 2-chan. amp and Fosgate capacitor. 800w 4 channel w/500w Dual capacitor for the 6 by 9s, door speakers and tweeters. I set the equalizer up to Turn It Up full blast without distortion bass. And crisp highs without crackling. Perfectly balanced for what I had. I might not have the hardest hitting system in town but it was the best sounding all around. Everyone cranks up the base and forgets about balancing it out with highs and mids.

I have done(once) what you do...Getting $hit done for VIP's. I worked one time for a music promoter who was doing a big outdoor show a long time ago. I was his "right hand man". He would tell me to get certain things done and I would do them. From helping to set up the stage to helping with security to setting up barriers. I did it all. He sent me across town to meet with someone who was running a Patti Labelle concert the same day as this outdoor gig. I was told to go get Ms. Labelle's laundry, take it to get dry cleaned,and it had to be back in the same day. I made it happen. I have a Concierge background so when anyone especially VIP's need stuff done you must make it happen. Very cool what you do.

I rented one of those for my senior prom and tore that shit up backing up into a pole at the gas station a day before prom. Had to pull up to the hotel prom party on the right side so nobody could see the big ass dent I put in it..lol. My boy Rody had a blue one on chrome Daytons. He took me cruising down Crenshaw in it once while bumping M.C. Breed "Ain't No Future In Yo Frontin" when that song first came out. Dude had a hidden compartment made under the steering wheel that housed his snub nose 38 with hollow points. Had a loud as 15" sub in the trunk. Took me on a "Training Day" type tour of the hood that day..lol

@justinhobart87474 жыл бұрын
@@badbowtie7450 That's a Z28 rear wing!!!! seriously!!! I had a 92 RS myself! Beautiful car my brother bought it originally and put it together 5.0, 5 speed, T-tops painted it Bright, Red, with Black Racing, Stripes, Tinted, out Black Windows, had a Aftermarket Daytona style Hood, and that same a Z28 rear wing! just like that Z28, and RS and Z28 had those of the exact same ground effects! So you know nothing! And IROC Z is a Z28 if that's got the same ground effects is in RS who cares because a Z28 has the exact same ground effects as an RS that year the difference is only the rear spoiler and badging... This car has a rear wing which is associated with what the Z28 which is associated with what the IROC Z28 now is it a IROC Zis it not on IROC Z that's the question, or is it just a Z28??? If you do your homework you will see that there are rumors say they did produce a hundred or so IROC for 91' these were not officially acknowledged by Chevrolet. They were a very early 91s I believe made in the month of February, of 1990 which were basically were only special orders and showroom pieces then if I remember right, and GM had not quite canceled the IROC yet for 91 at that point. The cancellation of the IROC did not happened till the next month that's why they were produced. A Shear handful was produced in a month just for showrooms oh, that's what rumor has said if I remember all the story correctly. Like I said Chevrolet does not acknowledge any! But it's a rumor a handful slipped out the door. And since he said there was something funny about the VIN oh, that makes me wonder is this possibly one of them. Since it would have to be early early 1991 made in February of 1990 to be an official IROC Z yes that would make a VIN number very funny. Would also explain why he said that in the video. If he would have looked up the year and month the 91 was produced, instead of just looking at the title for a being a 91, if you would have looked to see what month and year it was produced and if it said February I've 1990 or close by there there is a high chance it could have been one of those rumors cars. Otherwise know it would just be a fake IROC Z somebody slap together. The Z28 package is what the IROC would have been produced on in the factory if it was done by accident, which would have had those Wheels the wing spoiler, and the same exact ground effects as the RS or Z28 they're both the same. And would have been badged a Z28 I do believe, and basically got a IROC decal on the door, and probably absolutely no engine upgrades. Because basically it was a prototype that should have never been.
