I have also 5480 but my second mosfet gate voltage 19v not switching, 1st mosfet gate voltage is proper 9 volt. Should i also replace this 3V IC for second mosfet . Thanks in advance

Maybe second mosfet could be faulty

No mosfet is good removed then checked and tried many things, there is a also divider
