No es coña lo que voy a poner, tengo un alienware 2013 y el día que llegó la regrabadora vino con la goma suelta, la pantalla con circulos de arriba abajo en la iluminación y la gráfica con un pitido bastante apreciable, tiene pinta que pasó entre sus manos. Al día siguiente o 2 días me cambiaron las piezas en casa sin problema alguno, teniendo garantía de empresa.

I worked at amazon and this is nothing compared to what some packages go through, lol. I've not sure about others but I at least tried to take care with packages. The worst is when stuff is packaged in jiffy's those get manhandled and stuffed inside totes all day, lol.

Hope he got sack for this. I have buy 2 alienware laptops in past few years back and return them due to manufacturer building quality faults on them. Now I see why.
