The days of changing things manually like it's shown on the video are LONG GONE. simply type 2 "nmcli" commands and you're done, you can also skip the reboot if you use a 3rd nmcli command (reapply)

Im not able to download this community edition installation file, is there any other place i can get it?

The only location I know is github.com/EMCECS/ECS-CommunityEdition/releases
