I need help, dell keeps b.s. me.. with a laptop that was hacked. I informed them, Dell that is. I've been fighting this for years a d tbe y keep.promising me sending me items to help me with my computer (laptop) and nothing happens. I'm stuck paying for a laptop tbat DOES NOT WORK..why?? And what should I do?? Please help.me, someone had to know what i should do...please, as I'm paying for just a case .. please, thank you
