@@lgl9823 @LG L No, but I did figure out what was wrong with it. This part that connects the hard drive to the laptop broke. It could just as easily been a busted hard drive too. I figured it out by running diagnostics before start up. I forgot how to get there, but you can just search it up "dell 3521 diagnostics" My hard drive wasn't detected, but it was good. I connected my hard drive to another computer(via SATA to USB adapter) to check it. I just haven't bought the part to fix my computer yet. Run diagnostics, hope this helped.

It means your system not detects harddesk. 1. Go into bios setting & check is hard desk detects or not. 2. If detects then select hdd as ist. boot priority. 3. If not detects then remove all conectors from hdd & insert again then check is hdd detects. 4. If still not detects then hdd is faulty for that change hdd & install operating system again. Thanks

Please go to boot menu (restart your pc & press f12) & in boot menu change boot media & select your hard disk then save & restart. Your pc will now boot from harddisk. But if you have installed new hard disk then you have to install new operating system after installing new operating system your system will work narmally.

I you have the problem that "No Boot Device Found" then there are two possibilities. 1. Either hard disk is faulty. For that you have to change harddisk with new one. 2. Or laptop not detects harddisk. For that you have to remove harddisk & reinstall(install again) again in laptop & after that follow the instructions which i have shown in this video. Ok dear happy. Sir mera same prb thora alag Hai kyunki Dell sign aata Hai bus uske baad off ho jata haii phir automatic on/off hota rrhta haii
