Thank you so much for your video! I've replaced the processor fan without a hick-up! It also helped to have a special prying tool to remove the laptop's cover: my fingers didn't work.

Is is possible to get a genuine dell fan for these? I can't find one anywhere. They are all the same garbage that last 5 months.

only authorized dell service points have genuine fans.

I ordered a replacement fan from Amazon. The fan and markings were identical to the original. I have to believe they were made in the same factory.
