Hi I have dell inspiron 3521 I short circuited one of my Usb port with 12 volt The pc shut down immediatly Then i turned on the laptop It works fine but Now the fan never stops Always on No bluetooth All usb port are not working But it only charges my smartphone Memory sd card slot not working Camera is not working Whats wrong with my pc What to do? Can you identify the problem?
