Hey guys and today I will be reviewing the Dell Inspiron 3670. I first got it for $450 refurbished and it is still working up to this date. I decided to give it some upgrades and my thoughts.

Hey nice start! I have a Corsair CX 750M PSU, Zotac GTX 1070, 32 GB HyperX Fury 2666, 500 GB Crucial P5 NVME, 2 80mm exhaust fans, that fit the back of the case perfect, 1 intake 80mm fan on top part of side panel, next is a i7 9700. First thing is first, get rid of that giant black plastic fan shroud. Combine that with some cheap 80mm fans and it will run a LOT cooler. Good luck!! I also looked to Shane's DIY for help with power supply. I drilled a bunch of little holes as I did not have the big circular saw. I also added some stick on feet to raise the desktop higher for that PSU airflow out the bottom.

Have you ever needed to upgrade the m2 2230 type wifi/Bluetooth card? Looking for one that won't use up to another usb slot nor slow the processor down, and is compatible out of the box.

I have this as as my gaming pc, put an ssd, replaced the power supply to 500 watts, and got an gtx 1650

your fan is on backwards on your heat sync thats why your heat is so high on your cpu mine was like that too it must be a dell thing employees prolly dont know what they are doing but i switched my cpu fan around and my temps dropped i can tell its vackwards becouse the sticker on the fan my temp was 100c and my friend noticed the fan was backwards he flipped the fan over and tightened down the heat sync and it went down to 30-40c even when playing 7 days to die i have a 3671 that came with an i3 9100 1tb hdd the ssd was missing and so was a 4gb ram stick but i only paid $200 for it and the i3 9100 is still $150-$200 my friend that fixed my cpu also took out the 4gb ram and replaced it with 2 4gb ram that he said is overclocked i bought an amd radeon r7 340k 4gb vram gpu that is overclockable and my pc performs like any low end pc i do struggle with stutters every now and again but after i buy a cheap ssd and put windows on it and play my games off of it but stored on the HDD then it will be a low end to medium pc if i had your GPU i could play more i get 60fps in fortnite and pubg skyrim gets like 70fps fallout 3 gets 90-100fps and this is on a GPU from 2012 and made for video editing software and fortnite came out in 2017 i can play mw 2019 at 120fps but not wz2 as it needs a higher clock speed your GPU should be able to play WZ2 i would download msi afterburner or use your gpu program to see if you can overclock your gpu i would also check if that ram is installed correctly make sure they are facing the same way it looks like you put it in wrong

You could have replaced the PSU regardless as it appears to sit at the bottom of your PC (plus an adapter). This would have opened the door to a cheaper and better GPU such as the RX580 or a GTX 1080. You could have also tried to snatch up an i7 or an overclockable i5 if you had replaced the PSU.

I added 3 80mm fans (2 intake 1 exhaust) another 8 gb stick of ram 600 watt power supply and a 1660 ti and a 500 gb nvme
