The flash drive has windows 7 ,it's a bootable drive to install a new system on your hard drive...also you can use a DVD windows aswell.

Your hard drive is not well connected ( to check that you need to open the drive location and make sure it's connected)...or it's damaged and in this case you have to buy a new hard drive.

That means you need to restore or reinstall the window on your laptop, but at the end the machine is accessing the Hard drive...so try to restore your system and if it does not work that will mean that your hard drive is dammaged.

If the Laptop's setup is secured it will ask you to enter a password to access and do changes...you may know the password if you are the only owner, and if the laptop had a previous owner you have to ask them about the password other than that you can't do so much except flashing the bios which is a complicated process
