@@MatthewRobertson1701 Correct. RAM is soldered on the DELL Latitude 7310, but the 5310 has two SO-DIMM slots for future upgrades. If purchasing the DELL Latitude 7310, you will want to ensure you configure it during purchase for the memory you need.

This video was okay except that you covered the battery connector pull tab part with your hand. That's the part where I was the most stuck. I can't figure out how that comes out and almost broke it at this point. It must be hard--looks like you had trouble too.
