You should try Honeywell PTM7950 phase-change material for the core. It comes in sheet form, lasts longer and works better than traditional pastes. It is also a good idea to do undervolting of CPU at -100mV or more if it will be stable.

Thanks mate, i did not know about that ptm7950 material ... i seach on google about it, and it looks very interesting; definetely, i will try. Yes, undervolting resolve too much higher temps.... but in this notebook case, person who use(light use) was not complain about speed or shutdowns.
